Welcome, to the fourth edition of Datapanthy, your guide for the evolving landscape that lies at the intersection of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Software Development. This past week is a bit special as it saw this year’s iteration of the notable ICCV held at Paris.

ICCV, short for the International Conference on Computer Vision (Website) is the premier international computer vision conference comprising the best minds across the world pushing the boundaries of Vision related research. Its recognised papers qualify to the highest standard of academic rigor and contributing researchers are often sought after by the best institutions.

Computer Vision is integral in empowering some of the most important tech of our times, and so for this installment, we’re going to look at some of the best work coming out of here as we are sure to see these ideas power the tech behind our products, 3 years down the road. Job Description:

An experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to solve complex problems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development: including but not limited to natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and curate large datasets for training and validation purposes
Model Training and Evaluation:
Deployment: Into production environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and monitoring.
Cross-functional Collaboration: With software & data engineers, product managers, and domain experts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
AI/ML: 3 years (Preferred)
